Raw Apple Cider Vinegar : a “live” food made from fermented apple juice. We use only raw vinegar to preserve the valuable vitamins, nutrients, enzymes and pro-biotics that are lost when heated.
Sea Salt : most commercial salts have been heated, bleached, and possibly irradiated. We use unrefined sea salt that is loaded with over 80 trace minerals and has a desirable balanced of sodium and potassium.
Nuts & Seeds : we use only raw nuts and seeds (soaked to remove toxins and aid in digestion) which are wonderful vegetarian sources for protein, fats, vitamins, and minerals.
Dehydrator : a low-temperature oven that dries food at a temperature of around 40º C. At low temperatures, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and nutrients remain in their natural state of abundance and are more accessible to our bodies.
Rejuvelac : a beverage made from fermented wheat berries. Rejuvelac is loaded with nutrients and beneficial bacteria that aid in the health of our intestinal tract.
Sour Kraut : a fermented cabbage salad filled with living, beneficial bacteria.
Wheatgrass : the mineral-dense juice of this green grass has a powerful alkalizing effect on the body and is loaded with chlorophyll that helps our body deliver life-giving oxygen through out our systems.
Flaxseeds: flaxseeds are one of the best vegetarian sources for Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) Omega-3 and Omega-6.
