What Are Zoodles?
Zoodles are noodles spiralised from fresh zucchini (courgette). Served raw, they are light with a gentle bite, and they soak up sauces beautifully — from basil, parsley and pumpkin-seed pesto to our creamy cashew carbonara with coconut “bacon” and nutritional-yeast parmesan.
Our Thai Pasta also uses coconut and celery noodles, finished with mung bean sprouts and crushed macadamia.
