Soaking nuts, beans and grains provides the water needed to activate the sprouting process and remove the seed inhibitor. As these foods sprout they get softer and increase their enzyme activity level. They become more digestible. Cover the whole raw nuts, beans or grains with purified water for 8 hours. Rinse thoroughly. Refrigerate.
